It was like it flushed everything out of me on the second night. I bought this to boost my immune system during flu season. I caught a cold, took this with Carlson Zinc and Vitamin C, and the combination worked wonders. The sore throat and head cold vanished in just two days! On the third day, I only had a few sneezes, and my head was cleared. I had an itch due to menopause, and it disappeared. I will definitely keep this in my homeopathic arsenal!

I bought this because my mother had trouble sleeping, but when I started developing sinus issues, I took it as directed. My symptoms, including a sore throat, vanished in three days. My daughter-in-law experienced the same rapid relief. Although I'm surprised by its effectiveness, I will use it again this winter to avoid the doctor's office.
